Join us this November for three weeks of learning and inspiration on Creativity, Culture and Wellbeing in Education, as part of Eastside’s 2023 Annual Creative Schools + Creative Colleges Symposium.
The event consists of a series of online and in-person events and CPD targeting East London educators, but is open to all educators across London and beyond, offering opportunities for teachers and cultural partners to connect, reflect and try out new learnings.
Let’s look at wellbeing in education from the inside out, hear from fellow colleagues, give ourselves permission to unwind, relax, connect and explore together how to bring joy and fulfilment back into education for staff and young people alike.
The slow symposium will launch with an in-person event at the Barbican on the 8th November at 4.30pm with a series of presentations, networking, drinks and an opportunity to relax and see a show.
Between the 8-29th November, colleagues working with children and young people of all ages can pick and mix choosing from a series of workshops, provocations, opportunities to see free shows and online ideas sharing.
A collection of resources and/or handout will also be made available to everyone signing up.
Register interest below. The full programme will go live in early October.
The Symposium is delivered in partnership with a range of partners across East London and is supported by the Foundation for Future London.
