Frequently Asked Questions
How do I watch the live workshop?
The session will be streamed directly through YouTube so that it’s easy to access from almost any device with an internet connection.
We’ll send out an email reminder shortly before the festival begins. Simply click on the link at the scheduled time and the stream will open. We recommend opening the link a few minutes early so you can check your audio and screen setup before the workshop starts.
Can our class take part in the activities in real time?
Yes, absolutely – the workshops have been designed as interactive live experiences.
While the facilitators will be streaming from a central location, your students will be encouraged to respond to prompts, join in creative exercises, and share their ideas throughout the 50 minutes. The format is lively and participatory, so your class will not just be watching but actively engaging as the session unfolds.
Do I need to sign up again to join the workshop?
No, once you have completed the registration process you are fully signed up and ready to take part. There’s no need to repeat the sign-up. On the day of the festival, all you need to do is log in using the password provided and follow the simple instructions we’ve shared with you in advance.
Will the workshop be available afterwards?
Yes, a recording of the session will be made available for all registered schools. This means you can revisit the workshop at a time that suits your class, repeat the activities with different groups, or catch up if you experienced technical problems during the live stream. Having the recording ensures that the creativity of the day can continue to inspire students even after the festival itself.
