PRIMARY WORLD BOOK WEEK WORKSHOPS

Celebrate World Book Week at your school with Eastside’s creative workshops to help explore the joy of stories and books with your students, developing and maintaining positive attitudes to reading.

All workshops are led by our expert facilitators and build key academic and personal skills including: speaking & listening, writing, confidence and collaboration.

EYFS & KS1 – STORY ADVENTURES

45 mins per class

Our interactive storytelling workshops provide an immersive and sensory story adventure, igniting a love for literacy. Let us know which topic you’re exploring, and we will help you choose a Story Adventure to suit your class.

Choose an adventure from: Where the Wild Things Are, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, Monkey Puzzle and Whatever Next?

KS2 – IMAGINARY WORLDS AND WORDS

 1 hour per class

Using books or your set text or topic as inspiration, this drama and storytelling workshop will give your students the imagination and collaborative skills needed to create their very own story planet. They will explore characters and settings and even construct their own language.
