All workshops are led by our expert facilitators and build key academic and personal skills including emotional literacy, resilience, speaking & listening, confidence and collaboration.

EYFS & KS1 – STORY ADVENTURE: RUBY’S WORRY

Our interactive Mental Health Awareness storytelling workshop provides an immersive and sensory adventure around the story Ruby’s Worry. Our expert facilitators will teach emotional literacy by taking students on an interactive journey.

KS2 – THE REAL ME

Our interactive workshop helps students to understand their emotions in a fun and creative environment. Students will use drama to explore different scenarios and “rehearse for real life” by trying out positive-thinking techniques to overcome challenges.

1 hour per class

KS3 - THE POWER OF ME

Our interactive workshop supports students to look after their own and others’ mental health in a safe and inclusive environment.  Students will use drama or poetry to celebrate personal strengths and develop a range of strategies for building resilience.
