If you have missed the deadline we welcome any last minute submissions over the festive period but please submit before Monday 6th January 2020.

If you are having any problems with your upload then email Liana your submission on knowwishwill@eastside.org.uk who will respond when the office reopens on Monday 6th January.

Upload your work

Here’s how to submit your work in 6 easy steps:

  1. Film or audio record the poems – no longer than 5 minutes please –  a smartphone recording is fine. (We accept .mp4 .m4v .mov .ogv .oga .mp3 or .wav)
  2. Type up the poems (we accept .txt .doc or .pdf files)
  3. Label each file with your name and title of poem.
  4. Click the weTransfer button below to upload your files. Include your full name in the message field and use the same email address to send as to complete the form above
  5. Once files added, click ‘Transfer’ then it will say, ‘You’re done!’
  6. Final step…you must return to this form and click submit to complete your submission.

  5. Once files added, click ‘Transfer’ then it will say, ‘You’re done!’
  6. Final step…you must return to this form and click submit to complete your submission.

If you are submitting poems on behalf of young people aged under 16, download our template parental permission form to get their legal guardian’s permission to enter.
