I am proud that Eastside's focus is on developing the limitless potential of children and young people through art culture and creativity. I relish working with inspirational teachers, artists, colleagues and partner organisations to realise our goals and bring wonderful life-changing opportunities to thousands of young people.
I take an operational and administrative overview of the projects and the organisation with a particular focus on the finances and supporting Matt with strategy. I also manage our Shoreditch HQ, including running our hires and hotdesking.
I support Matilda in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of all of our exciting school programmes, working with primary, secondary and SEND schools across Greater London and beyond to ensure all young people have access to vital creative learning opportunities.
I design and oversee the delivery of Eastside's diverse portfolio of creative learning programmes for schools. I strive to help teachers embed creativity within the heart of school life with work that ignites a love for learning and builds life skills.
I help Felix with the running of the Shoreditch HQ working for our trading arm, Eastside Resource Management Ltd. This includes looking after the hirers that take our spaces as well as keeping the maintenance of our building.
I manage all aspects of communications and marketing here at Eastside. Raising awareness and engagement of the diverse array of creative learning programmes and projects that Eastside delivers is fundamental to my role which also involves supporting and managing events and corporate communications.
I look after all things moving image and digital, including our BFI academy, Females in Film and Environmental Filmmakers projects as well as Eastside's live streamed content and other camera related activities. I'm consistently excited and inspired by the power of creative practices to provide platforms, develop communities, break boundaries and respond to challenges surrounding young people.
I support the recruitment to all Eastside programmes and workshops by corresponding with schools and teachers as well as supporting the wider administration of the Film and Digital Programme. I assist with social media posts with the aim of recruitment and promotion. I work across the financial administration of all the departments, manage general enquiries at our Shoreditch HQ and lead on maintaining and updating our database of contacts.
