Rock 'n' Roll Dance

Rock 'n' Roll dance developed in America in the 1950’s and is derived from the Lindy Hop, which is more commonly known as the Jitterbug. Rock 'n' Roll is a partner dance, with the boys leading the girls and is a very athletic dance style, using kicks, lifts, throws and spins. This workshop will get you jiving to some great rock and roll hits.
