Play readings can be a fun and informal way of 'testing out' scripts with a view to future production or to see how the plays might be received by potential audiences, actors or directors. Play readings can be themed or grouped to enable you to experience a range of plays by the same author or a variety of different playwrights. From classic plays to contemporary new writing, play readings can illuminate selected scripts or scenes from plays and can lead to discussions about past productions, stage management, casting and much more.
