Pilates is a mental and physical body-conditioning programme created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's and many of the exercises are inspired by yoga. This workshop will teach you how to use your breathing to centre, concentrate and control muscle recruitment patterns and to correct common muscle imbalances, restoring good postural alignment and natural normal movement.  Pilates is a fun way to keep fit and to develop your strength and stamina.
