Line Dancing

Line dancing, originally an American import with country and western origins, is now well established in the UK and growing in popularity. Danced to all forms of music and drawing from a variety of influences including ballroom, jive, salsa and even funk, line dancing can be as simple or as complex a sequence as you want; from basic steps to intricate and fast-paced twists and stomps. Line dancing not only helps co-ordination and technique, but is also very sociable and a fun way to keep fit!
