Freedom Writers

This workshop explores youth issues and children’s rights around the world and provides opportunities for young people from very different communities, cultures, ethnicities and socio-economic groups to work together on issues of their choice. Video conferencing, research projects and interviews provide an insight into other ways of life. This workshop increases mutual understanding, raises aspirations, enhances critical thinking, improves literacy, team-work, leadership and also provides a broad base of very practical life skills.
