This workshop will provide a complete step-by-step overview of the film industry from pre production to distribution. Starting with the script, you will learn how to make an original idea work on screen, how to create and use storyboards, sourcing great locations and how to find the right cast and crew for your film. The workshop will also cover film-making terminology, shooting schedules, camera shots, editing, and the layering of sound and music. Workshops will also cover the business side of the industry, investigating career paths in film and discussing other media related employment opportunities.
