Everyone can dance to African music and some dances have particular meanings or stories behind them. Every country in Africa has its own style and interpretation of dance and rhythm, even neighbouring tribes will have their own variations. The idea is to feel the music, express yourself and let yourself go. This invigorating workshop is a great way to discover new things about different cultures and a fun way to keep fit.
