Eastside is proud to announce that our volunteer programme has just been awarded the Investing in Volunteers quality assurance standard, in recognition of our volunteering opportunities, internships and work experience placements. Eastside's volunteering programme which is supported by UBS, offers high-quality placements to over 100 volunteers each year, from across London and around the world. Our  volunteer pages will give you the opportunity to read testimonials of those that have volunteered with us recently and we do hope that you will be inspired to get involved too!

We have a variety of opportunities for volunteers to help run our workshops, support us in the office or to help out at events. Volunteers with technical skills have assisted on our multimedia projects and those with design skills have helped with our website and have designed and created online and print media to engage young people in our projects and workshops.

Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations which involve volunteers in their work and the United Kingdom Volunteering Forum (UKVF) have awarded the prestigious Investing in Volunteers kitemark to Eastside for three years from October 2009 - October 2012.
