Eastside’s volunteer graphic designers support us by creating a fantastic range of eye catching and effective flyers, posters and online promotions designed to appeal to young people and to attract potential participants to our projects and workshops. 

 

This opportunity would be ideal for:
  • Recent graduates in graphic design for print and web
  • Those seeking to boost their design portfolio
  • Experienced graphic designers wishing to design for a target group they may not have designed for before
 
You will be expected to:
  • Design flyers / posters and online promotions responding to individual project briefs
  • Incorporate any specific copy, logos, images as stipulated
  • Make amendments as required
  • Produce print ready artwork for flyers / posters and the web
  • Work to deadline
 

It is our aim to make any volunteering or work experience placement worthwhile and beneficial, so you can expect the following from us:

  • An introduction to volunteering with Eastside including a skills share session
  • Access to Eastside’s training programme
  • Support from our dedicated Volunteer Co-ordinator
  • To receive a reference on request
