eastside's boardroom is available for private hire
educational trust's Boardroom seats up to eighteen people and is ideal for
private meetings, interviews or seminars. A desk-top projector is
available for PowerPoint presentations and the room benefits from some
natural daylight. Teas, coffees and pastries are available on request.
The Boardroom can be accessed via Eastside's main entrance on Hackney Road and has a wide semi-spiral staircase leading down to a private reception or lobby area with a decorative mosaic floor and cloakroom, ideal for a registration area, private bar or product display space.
The Boardroom includes a desk-top projector and access to powerpoint presentations, free WIFI internet access, a PA with built-in speaker system and a small children's library. Flip charts are available on request. In addition, there is disability access (via a lift), disabled toilets, baby changing facilities and an induction loop for hearing impaired users.
Daily rate Mon - Fri: (9.30am - 6.30pm) £20 per hour. Evening & weekend rate: £37.50 per hour.
(20% discount available for registered charities, local youth and community groups and / or companies within Perseverance Works.)
