East-Side Educational Trust is managed by a voluntary board of charity trustees;

- Juliet Mander (Hon Sec),
- Nova Skelton (Hon Treasurer),
- Aidan Hansell
- and Rex Hall MBE.
The Trust also has an Advisory Committee made up of members with a wide range of experience in arts, education and charity law.
