Mat Pilates classes at Eastside each Monday lunchtime from 12 noon - 12.50 starting from 16th January, 2012. 

  

Pilates is made up of exercises that consist of stretching, and tightening up and toning your core muscles. With a healthy regime, and adding cardio exercise, you can lose weight; however, the focus of pilates is to strengthen your core. Pilates benefits people of all ages, regardless of aptitudes and fitness levels. While Pilates can strengthen your core, it also helps to condition the overall body with a low-impact approach.

The Pilates classes are taught by Hope Anderson and will take place at Eastside's Studio every Monday lunchtime from 16th January, 2012 onwards. 12 noon - 12.50
