2012 - call for artists and creative practitioners 

We are currently inviting applications from experienced freelance arts facilitators and creative practitioners wishing to run arts workshops and teach groups of children and young people in London.

Application period: 1st January - 31st March 2012  

We are looking for: writers, poets, actors, singers, dancers, musicians, circus performers, visual artists, film makers and the most creative and talented people in London.

There are two parts to the application process: 

1. film a short clip of yourself and either upload it to a private or password protected area on the internet and send us a link, or, email us your clip as an attachment.

2. complete our online application form

(Note: Applications without both parts will not be reviewed.)
 
First, please make a mini 'interview' film of yourself (approx 3 mins in length) using either your camera phone, webcam or home camcorder and upload it to any free video hosting platform such as: Vimeo, Posterous Spaces, Shutterfly, Viddler, Video Sprout or Mejuba and send us a link. Remember to include the following:

•  Introduce yourself!

• Tell us how you found out about Eastside Educational Trust and why you would like to work with us.

• Tell us about the artform you are most interested in and outline the type of project you would like to run for us - what skills can you bring to our organisation? 

• Give us your best pitch - what makes you special and unique as an artist?

We want to find out about you, we are not judging your film making skills and you do not need to make your film public!
