matt lane - chief executive officer / artistic director
Matt Lane has worked in the cultural regeneration sector for the last 15 years. Prior to that he developed his own creative practise as a theatre and opera director for over 7 years having trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Before joining Eastside Matt led and established the Royal Opera House's arrival and programmes at the High House Production Park in Thurrock. Read More

Christopher Enticott, Co-Founder and Co-Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the charity's artistic programme throughout London and works closely with our artists, volunteers and celebrity patrons. Chris also has a lot of experience in operational and financial management including overseeing the charity's financial and legal matters. Read More
rakhee jasani - director
Rakhee Jasani, MA (Oxon) FRSA, Co-Founder and Co-Director is responsible for forward planning, fundraising and overseeing all areas of project development including our international work. Rakhee's knowledge of the cultural sector is extensive and she also has responsibility for ensuring processes to safeguard children and young people are secure and effective. Read More

Felix Andrew is resposnsilble for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the projects and the organisation. As well as this, he oversees the hire of the spaces at Eastside HQ and the development of the volunteering programme. He brings a wealth of experience from both the commercial and subsidised sectors to the role. Read More
gemma bell - creative programme manager
Gemma Bell is one of the Creative Programme Managers at Eastside, which means that she co-ordinates and manages the wide variety of projects that Eastside deliver. Gemma comes from a Drama background and BE (before Eastside!) she worked at the Orange Tree Theatre and English National Opera. Read More
helen bradbury - creative programme manager
Helen Bradbury is a Creative Programme Manager at Eastside, managing projects across art forms both in schools and cultural organisations. Helen has a background in visual art, having worked in galleries and cultural institutions before becoming an art teacher. She is now applying her background in the arts and education to managing our creative projects. Read More
kate burke - film & media programme manager (maternity leave)
Kate Burke, is responsible for managing Eastside’s film and media projects including the Adobe Youth Voices program in London, the BFI Film Academy and our youth media projects in schools. Kate has a background in film production, editing and graphic design and has previously worked as a freelance graphic designer within the film and television industry, with credits on both ITV and the BBC.
