Arts & Business Award 2002

Eastside Educational Trust and Deutsche Bank, working in partnership in 2002, were jointly nominated for the Arts & Business Award 2002 for Outstanding Arts / Business partnership for the Enriching Curriculum Learning programme. The programme supported London schools in delivering the curriculum through top quality arts education and offered interactive learning opportunities for students outside the classroom whilst developing and maintaining a sustainable partnership with a corporate supporter. Eastside's specific objectives for this programme included working with young people aged 16 - 18 who are often under-served through educational arts programming. Eastside was recognised twice in 2002 for its partnership with Deutsche Bank. The Arts & Business Awards are the UK's premier awards celebrating excellence in the field of cultural partnerships and sponsorship.
